WHO CAN USE IT

You must be 18 or older.

YOUR LICENSE

Buying Suma gives you a personal license to use the app. You may not resell or redistribute it.

YOUR AI ACCOUNT

Suma works with AI services you choose. You are responsible for following their terms and for any costs they charge. Unattended use of a consumer AI plan may break that provider's rules, and your account with them is your responsibility.

YOUR GAMES

The games you make are yours. Check the licenses of anything you add, and check that AI-made work fits how you plan to use it.

NO WARRANTY

Suma is provided as is. AI teammates can make mistakes, so keep backups and test your game.
